Chalet Wood

Located in the Hameau du Maz area of Mont d’Arbois, close to La Caboche, Chalet Wood sits on 4,000 sqm of wooded grounds crossed by a stream. The setting is peaceful and secluded, with direct views of the ski slopes. From the balcony, the surrounding landscape creates a real sense of being away from it all. With 450 sqm of living space, the chalet accommodates up to 14 guests. The ground floor features four double en-suite bedrooms, including a small master suite with a desk. Two of the bedrooms open onto the outdoors from the balcony. Upstairs, the main living area brings together a central fireplace, an open-plan kitchen and two separate lounges, all with access to a large balcony. The master suite, with its dressing room, shower and bathtub, is also on this level. A dormitory with outdoor access completes the layout on the lower ground floor. The indoor pool is complemented by a cinema room and a fitness room. The wooded grounds, garden and balcony offer several ways to enjoy the outdoors, while the central fireplace naturally becomes the focal point for winter evenings. Wood and stone meet contemporary design throughout Chalet Wood. Carefully considered lighting and individual decorative touches create a warm, elegant atmosphere, with a balance between a feeling of comfort and a sense of space. It is a chalet designed to be enjoyed both indoors and out. We would recommend Chalet Wood to a large family or a group of friends looking for peace and privacy in Megève without compromising on access to skiing or comfort. Its layout and multiple shared spaces allow everyone to enjoy their own rhythm, while bringing the group together around the fireplace or the pool.
