Tucked away at the edge of the forest and just a few steps from the slopes, Chalet Cahokia offers a privileged alpine setting where elegance, comfort and privacy come together. Designed as a mountain cocoon for up to 12 guests, it spans 290 m² over three levels, combining noble materials, a soft and cosy atmosphere, and breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and the bright, open-plan living area leading out to a large sun-drenched terrace. At the heart of the space, a central fireplace brings family and friends together in a warm and welcoming ambiance. The five bedrooms — including a children’s bunk room — each feature their own ensuite bathroom for ultimate comfort. After a day on the slopes, the indoor swimming pool and private hammam provide the perfect space to unwind. Additional amenities include a ski room with boot warmers, private parking, and a dedicated play area for children.

    • A 50% deposit is required to finalize the booking, and the balance is due no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental.

  • Payment Conditions :
    • Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance :
      • A 50% deposit is required upon contract signing
      • The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental
      • The deposit must be paid 15 days before the start of the rental

      • Full payment is due upon contract signing

  • Security Deposit :
    • The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the property and will be communicated to you at the time of booking
  • Check-in Time :
    • Check-in is available from 5:00 PM, and your Homebooker agent will be present to welcome you, conduct the inventory, and guide you upon your arrival at the property. 'This can be adjusted based on availability.'
  • Check-out Time :
    • Check-out is generally at 10:00 AM, and we strive to make this moment as smooth as your arrival, based on your specific needs.
