Villa Capilla, a charming character villa of 300 m² in Ramatuelle, boasts the most beautiful view over the Pampelonne Bay and can accommodate 12 people

Located within the secure domain of La Capilla, this spacious property sprawls over a generous plot of 2500 m², offering absolute privacy and tranquility to its residents. As soon as you step through the gates of this exceptional villa, you are greeted by a charming atmosphere. The vast interior living spaces are bathed in natural light. You will have 6 comfortable en-suite bedrooms, with garden access for the 4 ground floor bedrooms, providing true intimacy and a connection with the surrounding nature. Additionally, a self-contained apartment, equipped with a private bathroom and a kitchenette, completes this residence, offering an ideal option for guests or service staff. The main attraction of Villa Capilla lies primarily in its vast outdoor spaces. Perched amidst a lush garden, this property offers breathtaking panoramic views over the Pampelonne Bay. The petanque court further enhances the quality of its amenities.

A word from the agent

I like the simplicity of Villa Capilla, with that rare feeling of being both in a quiet private estate and just a short walk from Pampelonne.
