Perfectly located in the heart of the Three Valleys, Chalet Le Cœur is a newly built retreat combining Alpine elegance with contemporary comfort. Crafted with noble materials — local artisanal wood and Mont-Blanc granite — it blends traditional charm with modern features such as flat-screen TVs, a Sonos sound system and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Chalet Le Cœur accommodates up to 15 guests across 6 beautifully designed bedrooms. The five main suites all feature luxurious en-suite bathrooms with flexible bed configurations, while two additional rooms — including a fun dormitory — are ideal for children or friends sharing. After a day on the slopes, unwind in the indoor swimming pool with counter-current jets, soak in the outdoor hot tub on the sunny terrace, or relax in the private sauna. Evenings can be spent by the open fireplace in the lounge or in the dedicated cinema room with a large screen. An elevator connects all levels of the chalet for maximum convenience.

    • Once the availability is confirmed by the agency, you validate your reservation and accept its conditions.
    • A 50% deposit is required to finalize the booking, and the balance is due no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental.

    • With our tailored support, each step of the booking process is carefully managed, ensuring you peace of mind throughout. We ensure that every property offered is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, guaranteeing impeccable quality.
  • Payment Conditions :
    • Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance :
      • A 50% deposit is required upon contract signing
      • The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental
      • The deposit must be paid 15 days before the start of the rental

      • Full payment is due upon contract signing

  • Check-in Time :
    • Check-in is available from 5:00 PM, and your Homebooker agent will be present to welcome you, conduct the inventory, and guide you upon your arrival at the property. 'This can be adjusted based on availability.'

    • Check-out is generally at 10:00 AM, and we strive to make this moment as smooth as your arrival, based on your specific needs.
