- Once the availability is confirmed by the agency, you validate your reservation and accept its conditions.
- A 50% deposit is required to finalize the booking, and the balance is due no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental.

- With our tailored support, each step of the booking process is carefully managed, ensuring you peace of mind throughout. We ensure that every property offered is thoroughly inspected before your arrival, guaranteeing impeccable quality.

Payment Conditions :
- Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance :
  - A 50% deposit is required upon contract signing
  - The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental
  - The deposit must be paid 15 days before the start of the rental
- Bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance :
  - Full payment is due upon contract signing
  - The deposit must be paid 15 days before the rental
Payment Methods :
- We accept payments by bank transfer or credit card
Security Deposit :
- The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the property and will be communicated to you at the time of booking

Check-in Time :
- Check-in is available from 5:00 PM, and your Homebooker agent will be present to welcome you, conduct the inventory, and guide you upon your arrival at the property. 'This can be adjusted based on availability.'
