A refined decor between modernity and traditions

Designed by Lana Sawiris and created in collaboration with the Indie Group (Vincent Luftman, Tobias Chaix and Raphaël Blanc), the interior of Cherry combines warmth and sophistication. Noble materials, precious woods and subdued lighting create an intimate atmosphere, perfect for tête-à-tête dinners or evenings with friends. Art occupies a special place, with works by Benjamin Kapoor that enhance the space and invite contemplation.

Behind the stoves, Pietro Volontè orchestrates a symphony of flavors inspired by the great Italian culinary tradition. Having worked at prestigious establishments in Italy and internationally – notably at Badrutt's Palace Hotel in Saint-Moritz and alongside Gordon Ramsay in London and Versailles – the chef infuses his cuisine with a refinement without artifice. On the menu? Transalpine staples revisited with finesse: linguine alle vongole, fragrant agnolotti, Milanese escalope golden to perfection… Each mouthful transports you to Italy while flirting with the audacity of contemporary fine dining.
