In a decor recently redesigned by the Ugo architectural firm, based in the region, you can take the time to unwind. In the afternoon, the sun reigns supreme here, bringing the warm, vibrant shades of the place to life. In the evening, the ambiance becomes more subdued and intimate.
The Byblos's unique architecture, elegant pool, and Mediterranean garden are sure to leave a lasting impression. This palace never ceases to reinvent itself, continuing to amaze, even at almost sixty years old.

Dining at the B. Lounge at the Byblos

From 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., discover the establishment's daily menu. Tartars, appetizer platters, and richly decorated platters adorn the tables and tantalize the taste buds. Garden bowls, pizzas, and burgers are also available, much to the delight of gourmets. Of course, prestigious flavors like caviar are not forgotten and will be offered.
From 6 p.m. until the early hours, the menu is slightly more limited, with cocktails taking center stage.
